To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for all our clients and their furry friends, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This advance notice allows us the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client. In the event that adequate notice is not provided, full payment for the scheduled grooming service will be required to compensate for the loss of income incurred.
